1. General

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website at investinpoland.group (the “Website”), operated by Invest in Poland, Stolarska 6, 31-043 Kraków, Poland (“we”). They constitute the terms of electronically supplied services within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means. By using the Website you accept these Terms.

2. Services available on the Website

  • Access to information about Invest in Poland and its services.
  • The contact form, which lets you send us an enquiry.
  • Links to news published by third parties.

These services are free of charge. The client portal, when launched, will be governed by separate terms.

3. Technical requirements

To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. To use the contact form you also need an active email address.

4. Rules of use

You must use the Website in accordance with the law and these Terms, and must not submit unlawful content or attempt to interfere with the Website's operation or security.

5. Information only — no offer or advice

Content on the Website is general information about Invest in Poland and the Polish market. It is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, nor investment, legal, tax or financial advice, nor an investment recommendation. Market figures and news come from public sources, are given as at the date shown and may be out of date. Finance is arranged through partner institutions; Invest in Poland does not itself provide regulated banking or investment services. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

6. Confidentiality of enquiries

We treat enquiries with discretion. However, information sent through the contact form or by email is not covered by a confidentiality agreement until one has been signed. Please do not send commercially sensitive information before we have agreed confidentiality terms.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, the logo and the layout of the Website are protected by copyright and belong to Invest in Poland or are used under licence. Photographs are used under the Unsplash licence. You may view and print content for your own use; any other use requires our written consent.

8. Links to other websites

The Website contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Liability

We take care to keep the Website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information on the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of law.

10. Complaints

Complaints about the Website may be sent to office@investinpoland.group or by post to our address. Please describe the problem and give your contact details. We will reply within 14 days of receipt.

11. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.

12. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. We may amend them for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in the Website's functions; changes take effect on publication on this page and do not affect enquiries already sent. Last updated: 5 October 2026
